Billing and subscription questions
Email spenserca@gmail.com with the name of your organization and the email address on the account. Common requests:
- Cancel a subscription — see the cancellation policy; admins can also cancel themselves from the Subscription page in the app.
- Request a refund — see the refund and dispute policy.
- An unrecognized charge — charges appear as SCANDREASSEN HOLDINGS. Contact us before disputing with your bank; we can usually resolve it the same day.
- Update a payment method or billing email — email us and we will send a secure link.
Reporting a problem with another organization
If a contractor or vendor on the marketplace is misusing it, email us with the organization name and what happened. We investigate and may suspend accounts under the terms of service.
